All deliveries arrive in an insulated bag with an ice pack. We recommend bringing them inside as soon as you receive your delivery text. You can also leave a cooler on your porch with ice packs and delivery instructions.

Yes! You can return containers, freezer packs, and delivery bags. Drop them off at the shop or leave them on your porch for pickup on your next delivery day. Please rinse or wash before returning.

It’s not a fee — it’s a refundable deposit. When you return the bag, we load $5 in points onto your account. If you keep the bag, you simply don’t get the deposit back.
